All spirits are available in 20L drums, 200L drums, 1,000L IBC & tankers.

With over 95 years of distilling expertise in our DNA, crafting spirits is more than a skill – it’s an art form we’ve perfected. Our collection of Tarac Whisky products featuring our single malt New Make Whisky Spirit and matured Australian Whisky, is no exception.

Crafted in the renowned Barossa Valley region, our single malt New Make Whisky Spirit is made from South Australia’s finest malted barley. Sourced locally with a focus on provenance, our raw materials boast non-GM status, a clean environment, and full traceability.

Our team have the know-how and continuous distillation experience to produce our triple distilled New Make Whisky Spirit, guaranteeing a consistently high-quality product every time. With a passion for all things spirit, Tarac Whisky was the natural progression.

Designed for blending, our New Make Whisky Spirit provides whisky distillers – from boutique operations to larger producers – with an instant solution to expand their maturation programs without compromising quality.

Our in-house barrel maturation service adds to our whisky offering, as showcased by our matured Australian Whisky (2YO & 3YO) which displays exceptional single malt characteristics.
