Tarac works closely with a number of scientific research providers,
including the CSIRO
Health Sciences and Nutrition, the University
of Adelaide , (School
of Agriculture & Wine) and the Australian
Wine Research Institute, to produce evidence-based, scientifically
proven grape products. Recent in-vitro and human clinical
trials have established the health benefits associated with
Vinlife®
grape extracts.
Impressed with the results of Tarac's research
and by the potential in the market position identified, the
National
Food Industry Strategy Ltd recently awarded Tarac a $1.5million
Food Innovation Grant. Tarac is utilizing the grant to expedite
its R&D programs to help discover and validate new health
claims for its functional food ingredients.
