Seasonal Work
Tarac employs seasonal workers to assist
with the operation of our production facilities during the Vintage
period, commencing in January of each year. These placements
typically last for 3-6 months depending on the Vintage, and

We are looking for a reliable, flexible person to join our Distillery team at Nuriootpa, Barossa Valley. The role is full time during periods of production (approx 4-5 months of the year) and flexible part time for the rest of the year. Working closely with our consultant winemaker, this role will be integral to the start-up phase, developing appropriate the systems and processes required, ensuring our equipment is appropriate and in good repair, setting up the data-base, undertaking the administration required, and managing and caring for the wine in storage.
